Is the delivery free?
The shipping of all products on our website is free within the whole country, no matter the total sum or payment method.
How will I receive information about the shippig of my order?
Upon completion of the order, depending on the product you will see an estimated arrival time frame and date. If you have added a product with a pre-order status, the delivery date for it will appear once the product becomes available. After a succefful order placement you will receive an e-mail confirmation with info about the order, delivery address and estimated date. We may give you a call if there is something to inform you about, e.g. if there is a change in the delivery time or we need your confirmation. When the order has been shipped we will send you a second e-mail with a tracking number.
I want to order from Saturn. How long will it take to receive the product/s?
Usually the products are delivered within 1--2 working days, depending on the stock of the item and the delivery address. You will see that information when the order has been placed on the web site and included in the confirmation/delivery email.
Can I pay cash directly to the courrier?
Of course you can! Just select pay cash directly to the courrier on checkout. You can also try our different payment methods as well. We offer you the option to pay securely with a Visa, MasterCard, Maestro, American Express debit or credit cards and also with your PayPal account.
What is the price I need to pay to the courrier?
All the prices in our website are final, inclusive of VAT. The price listed is the price you have to pay. No delivery expenses are being charged on top.
Who will deliver my order?
We work with both Econt and Speedy so you can choose a courrier of your prefference and convenience.
Can I take my order from a courrier's office?
Sure, just select pick up from an office at the checkout and select from the available addresses. The courrier will let you know with a text message when your order has arrived.
